Automation of the Microsoft Office products
By means of the so-called templates, it is possible in Microsoft Office to define the outlook and layout of a letter or fax, spreadsheet or presentation. The moment a new document is created, all previously configured style elements (for example: layout, fonts, colors, logo's, headers, footers, etc.) are already determined. The user's task is simplified to entering the desired information and Word / Excel / Powerpoint takes care of the rest. This is a fast and simple way to create a consistent "look and feel" for all your company documentation.
In Excel certain calculations can be pre-programmed so that when the required data is entered, the desired results become clear very quickly.

Computer Presentations

E-Tax Antias
This tax suite is designed and written by the programmer who, since 1998, has designed the tax software used by all large advisory and accountants' offices in the Netherlands Antilles, as well as for private use.
E-Tax is designed in cooperation with the Inspectorate of Taxes and offers the possibility to handle the following tax returns of yourself, your company or organisation, and also of your clients, for all islands in the Netherlands Antilles:
- IB return form A (for taxpayers living within the Netherlands Antilles)
- IB return form B (for taxpayers living outside of the Netherlands Antilles)
- (Additional) Provisional return WB
- Request Postponement WB
- WB Onshore
- WB Offshore
- OB
- Wage Tax
- ZV/OV
- Cessantia
The program's windows are logically grouped, so you can enter your data very easily. Data of previous years can be imported or is automatically copied. After entering the data, you can send it to a Word document in A4 format, print it or convert it to an PDF and then submit it to the Inspectorate.
The program can be used by multiple users in a network and the saved data can be secured by means of a user administration, so unauthorized persons cannot read or alter data. You can use the program in Dutch or in English.

Incasso
The Incasso program, offers the possibility to register all data concerning your debt collection activities. You will get:
- The possibility to enter the name, address, residence, etc. data of your clients.
- Per client, the possibility to enter the name, address, residence, etc. data of the debtors of your clients.
- Per debtor, the possibility to enter and recall the financial data in an orderly fashion, ordered by date. The data is separated into several categories:
- Date and amount of payment by the debtor
- Main sum, collector's costs and revenue tax. The collector's costs are calculated as a certain percentage of the main sum. The percentage can be altered per debtor.
- Legal expenses
- Legal interest, several and description.
- A possibility to import Excel spreadsheets with debtor data.
- All calculations are done automatically.
- Per client, the possibility to export the financial data of the debtors over a certain period to an Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains 1 row of data per debtor, and at the bottom a totalization.
- The possibility to export this totalization to a Word document, so an invoice can be created for every client.
- An automatically generated letter adressed to the debtor.
- Per client, a flexible percentage for calculating the collector's cost paid by the client.
- "Calculation in advance", enabling you to calculate the state of affairs for a certain debtor for every date (also in the future).
- Fast, simple data entry.
- Easy to understand printouts of payments and expenses per debtor.
- A user administration, in which the administrator can enter new users and decide on their authority level.
- An audit trail, so it is possible to check which user did what and when.
- The user administration and the audit trail are only accessible to the administrator of the program.
- A "popup" warning functionality, keeping track of which debtors are behind with their payments.
- A backup funktionality.
- The possibility to build in methods of calculation, specific to your organisation.

Mail Registration
When you do not need digitally scanning of your documents, but do need to keep track of which mail, faxes, emails and telephone calls came in or went out for whom and when, this is the program for you.
With this program you can do it all and more. For example, you can enter where the letters, faxes and/or email printouts are stored. A very extensive search functionality and report module are built into the program so you can order and select your data in different ways, enabling you to find a specific piece in no time at all. The program is multi-lingual.

Hours Registration
This program enables you to keep track exactly of how many hours your personnel worked.
Apart from the default built-in codes (100%, 125%, 150%, 200% and 300%, premium hours, premium amounts, sickness, vacation, day off), you can generate codes used in your organisation yourself .
Entry of the hours is made very easy because the program enters automatically default values, so that you only have to enter the exceptions.
With the extensive report functionality, you can decide whether to create a printout of the hours per employee, per department or for the company as a whole. The period over which the report is created can also be determined by you (e.g. per day, per week, per quinsena, per month, etc.) You can print these reports in detail or only the totalizations.
Furthermore you can print work orders, on which the amount of hours per employee can be kept on the workfloor and which are signed by the client. Modules for export of the data to (for example) your payroll program can be build in.

Members Administration
Are you a member of a club or an organization and do you want to store the personal and financial data of the club's members in an orderly fashion?
Or members registration program is simple, inexpensive and to-the-point. You can enter, store and also retrieve the personal data of the members in an easy way. Also a simple membership fee registration has been built into the program. This enables you to keep up with when a member has paid his/her membership's fees for the last time and what the amount of payment was. The bilingual (English and Dutch) program can be used by more than one user in a network, but also on a stand-alone computer, of course. Audit trail functionality keeps track of what exactly has been entered into, changed and removed from the system, so it is easy to find and correct errors in data entry. An easy-to-use help-funtion explains in a clear way how to use the program. Of course, it is possible that the specific functionality you are looking for in a program such as this, has not been built into the program (yet). Then, there is always the possibility to build it into the program at your special request.

Auctioneer
Auctioneer is especially designed to store all of your auctions' data.
Per auction, you can save the data concerning the lots to be auctioned, bidders and bids. At the moment of auction, you can, per lot, enter the data of the bid and the bidder (buyer). Especially useful is the possibility to connect lots during the auction, and auction the whole as one lot.
An overview of the lots can be printed for the bidders. After the auction you can print out a list with all buyers and accepted bids. Per lot, you can then create a "article-card" on which all relevant data are printed. This article-card can also be used as a receipt and/or proof of delivery.
